Note1: A well-heeled indie, with guest appearances from Adam Sandberg and Claire Danes, and the immensely likable Kyle Mooney as the—what? Andy what? Samberg? You sure? Because, I thought it was Adam Samberg. Let me look it up.

Note2: Emotional tour de force (of sorts), “Brigsby—ouch! My tooth implant is hurting. Sorry. Need to gargle.

Note3: Look, I can’t do this. I thought I could, but I can’t. Well done everyone involved in making this film: it’s not you, it’s me. Really. I seem incapable of taking any notes whatsoever when it comes to “Brigsby Bear”, helpful or otherwise. Except to say that it is films like these that remind me why I’m not on FB.
